Local Festivals
The Chili and Strawberry Festival, which celebrates and promotes the region’s agriculture, occurs at El Pescadero every March. During the event, local organic plants and products are for sale. Food samples are also available, as well as agricultural items and different trade tools on exhibit from local vendors. Finally, a dance, the coronation of a queen, and a cabalgante, a parade of horses and riders from Todos Santos, bring the festival to a close.

The “carnitas” are juicy and tasty. There’s a table with a ton of toppings in the outside palapa. Salsas ranging from moderate to extremely hot, crema (sour cream), guacamole, cabbage, limes, and other items are available. Carnitas Machin is a popular choice among many people.

Palmar Pescadero
This family-owned establishment is set in the middle of Pescadero’s farms, just minutes from the ocean. The restaurant is set up for outdoor eating in their lovely garden area or dining in their open-air café. The menu is straightforward, but it has something for everyone. The Salmon Ahumado Bagel (smoked salmon) is delicious, and the Pan Francés (French toast) is an excellent alternative if you’re seeking something sweet. If you like matcha, be sure to try their salsa matcha. 

Noah Japanese Food
This restaurant provides the most delicious, fresh sushi. There are several options on the menu, like rolls, poke bowls and teriyaki. Overall, this open-air restaurant has a pleasant environment and reasonably priced sushi. 

Barracuda Cantina
Assume you’ve spent the entire day at Cerritos Beach. If that’s the case, head to Barracuda Cantina for freshly fried or grilled fish and shrimp tacos, ceviche, quesadillas, and burritos. We recommend checking out their cocktails as well.

Agricole Cooperativa
Agricole offers a wide selection of organic food, premium wine, craft beer, and other delectable delicacies. Their homemade tortilla chips and strawberries with cream have become favorites with the locals.

Pura Playa Bar
Are you going to Playa San Pedrito? You’ll want to walk the beach to visit Pura Playa Bar. It’s a charming open-air beach club and restaurant with views of the Pacific Ocean and live music in the background, providing spectacular sunsets by the fire. They have a fantastic menu of handmade drinks and meals. Pura Playa is only open Thursday through Sunday, with changing hours.

Local Farmer’s Market
Baja Beans conducts a weekly Farmer’s Market every Sunday, where local artisans, farmers, and craftsmen sell fresh food, paintings, jewelry, blankets, and locally created clothes, among other things.

Pescadero Surf Camp
Pescadero Surf Camp, located between Playa Los Cerritos and Playa San Pedrito at Km, if you’re in a tiny rig or want to rent a casita for the night. 64 on Mexico Hwy 19 is a great choice. Jaime, the owner, has a lovely home with a large pool, a swim-up BYOB cantina, and good WiFi. Noah Sushi is also only down the street! Pescadero Surf Camp charges $10 per person per night for camping, or $35 per night for casitas.
